Sky Sports with one way commentary
City left in the shadows of Newcastle

THE CUNNING FOX, 01.09.2009

City fans have reacted with disgust over the form Sky Sports use in their commentary. Newcastle here and Newastle there, Leicester City were almost not mentioned, and our current manager was described as the former Newcastle caretaker manager.

Leicester were according to the reports, the better team in the first half, and also had most shots on target, most corners and by the stats the best team in the game.

Newcastle scored the winner in the 2nd half and was best in that part, but the way our club was discriminated and overshadowed by Newcastle makes this a bad judgement of a football game.

Newcastle have only managed to win the Intertoto Cup in the last 20 years, and of course they are a big club, and City are newly promoted from League 1, but we have played three seasons in the Premier League in the last 8 or 9 seasons.

City will be back on Sky live when we take on Reading away on the 26th of October, let's hope that we can convince the Sky reporters that we are a team and a club worth to be recognised.

We will also be live on Sky against QPR on the 30th of October.
