Fryatt magic sinks Blackpool
City in the play-off zone

THE CUNNING FOX, 13.09.2009

Sunday morning, great weather and fun to be a Leicester fan. What more can you ask for. We have beaten Blackpool at home with a great 2-1 win. A difficult game against a mananger, Ian Holloway, that knows our club well.

Blackpool made this difficult for City, but with Matty Fryatt in our team we are garentueed goals. TCF have always spoken highly of Fryatt, when doubters including Ian Holloway, almost let him leave.

Fryatt has now scored four goals in six league games, and that is great record, with a goal ratio of 67%. If Fryatt continues in this way he will be up around 30 when the season is over.

To be a top club in any division you need a striker that hits 20 or more, and in Fryatt we have garantuee. Rumours a few weeks back linked our top goalscorer with a move to Hull City.

TCF hopes that Milan Mandaric is able to keep City's best players, and secure a great future for our young and progressive players. Nigel Pearson knows how to bring forward young talents and the signings of Adams, Dyer, Morrison, N'Guessan and Hobbs shows that he has a great feeling about young players able to take the needed levels.

City are on a high now after our third win this season. If this can continue against Peterborough we will be chasing WBA, Middlesbrough and Newcastle.
