Elvis Hammond and Barry Hayles were both in the starting line-up when Cheltenham drew 1-1 at home to Notts County. Hammond scored Cheltenham's goal after 75 minutes. Josh Low was an unused sub for Cheltenham and Jamie Clapham experienced the same for Notts County.

Joe Mattock played all 90 minutes in WBA's 0-0 away draw to Preston. Paul Dickov and Robbie Savage were both in action for Derby in their great 3-0 home win against Sheff W.

Iain Hume scored Barnsley's first goal in their home win against Ipswich. Gareth McAuley played all 90 minutes for the Tractor Boys.

Mark Davies came on in the 2nd half when Bolton drew 2-2 at home to Tottenham. Richard Cresswell scored for his new club Sheff Utd, on loan from Stoke, in their 1-1 home draw against Doncaster. Jordan Stewart was also in the Blades team with James Chambers on the opposite side with Doncaster.

Richard Cresswell is now part of an exclusive club of players who both played for Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday. Cresswell joined Leicester from Sheff W in 2000.


Riccardo Scimeca was an unused sub in Cardiff's fantastic 4-0 away win against Watford. Carl Cort scored for Brentford, but it couldn't stop them losing 3-2 to Swindon at home.

Stuart Campbell played all 90 minutes for Bristol Rovers in their terrible 1-5 loss away to Norwich. Stephen Hughes came of the bench in the 77th minute to help Norwich to a great win. Alan Sheehan played all 90 minutes for Oldham in their 0-0 home draw to Yeovil.

Patrick Kisnorbo was in action for Leeds in their 0-0 home draw against Charlton. Matt Heath was an unused sub in Colchester's 1-0 home win against Huddersfield.

Louis Dodds played 87 minutes in Port Vale's 0-0 home draw against Bournemouth. Billy McKay came on as a sub in Northampton's 2-2 home draw against Bradford.

Stefan Oakes was in action for Lincoln when they won 1-0 at home to Aldershot. Kevin Ellison scored the opening goal in Rotherham's 3-2 away win to Crewe. Harry Worley played all 90 minutes for the Railwaymen.

Frank Sinclair played all 90 minutes when his Wrexham was defeated 0-1 at home against Salisbury. Russell Hoult was in goal for Darlington, on loan from Notts County, when they again lost a game at home, this time 1-0 to Macclesfield.

Danny Cadamarteri played 60 minutes for Dundee United in their 1-1 away draw against Hibs.
